These Affiliate & Referral Terms govern participation in Qaay’s affiliate, referral, community growth, and invitation-based rewards program.
By using a referral link, code, affiliate link, campaign link, or any similar invitation tool from Qaay, you agree to these Terms, as well as Qaay’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Rewards rules, Tier rules, and any product-specific terms shown on the Platform.
Qaay’s Affiliate & Referral Program rewards users and approved participants who responsibly introduce Qaay to new users and communities.
The program is activity-based. Rewards are granted for qualifying activities within the Qaay ecosystem, not solely for account registration, traffic generation, or promotional claims.
Qaay may offer referral rewards, affiliate rewards, Qaay Points, USD- or USDx-denominated rewards, cashback benefits, campaign rewards, or other incentives as described by the Platform.
Affiliate / Referrer means a user or approved participant who shares a Qaay referral link, referral code, affiliate link, or invitation method to introduce new users to Qaay.
Invited User / Referred User means a user who registers via a valid referral link, referral code, affiliate link, or approved invitation method.
Referral Link / Affiliate Link means a unique link assigned by Qaay to track eligible registrations and qualifying activity.
Referral Code / Affiliate Code means a unique code assigned by Qaay that may be entered during sign-up to connect an invited user to a referrer or affiliate.
Qualifying Activity means an eligible activity completed by an invited user within Qaay, such as Borrow, Repay, Swap, Lend, Fixed Term creation, Savings activity, Qaay Token activity, or other actions defined by Qaay from time to time.
Rewards include any monetary value, USDx value, Qaay Points, cashback, campaign rewards, or other benefits credited under the program.
Tier means the user’s current Qaay membership level, which may affect reward rates, earning capacity, redemption limits, referral caps, and other benefits.
To participate, you must have an active Qaay account in good standing and comply with all Platform rules.
Qaay may restrict, suspend, reject, or terminate participation if:
Qaay may require additional verification before activating, continuing, or issuing rewards through the program.
Each eligible participant may receive a unique referral link, referral code, affiliate link, QR code, or other tracking method.
A referral relationship is established only when the invited user registers using the correct referral link or code during sign-up, and the Platform records the relationship.
If an invited user registers without the correct referral link or code, the referral relationship may not be assigned later.
Qaay may reject retroactive referral claims unless expressly approved.
The Platform’s internal records serve as the primary reference for referral tracking, reward calculation, and eligibility.
Unless Qaay states otherwise, the standard referral model is single-level.
You may earn rewards only from users who register directly through your referral link, code, or approved affiliate method.
You do not earn rewards from users invited by your referrals unless Qaay launches and announces a different campaign or partner structure.
The program is not a multi-level marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, an investment program, or a guaranteed income system.
Referral and affiliate rewards are based on qualifying activities completed by invited users, not solely on account registration.
Qualifying activity may include actions such as:
Qaay may define, update, remove, or modify qualifying activities from time to time.
An action is eligible only after it has been completed, validated, and accepted by Qaay’s reward engine.
Canceled, reversed, fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, failed, rejected, refunded, suspicious, or non-compliant activities do not qualify for rewards.
Rewards may include one or more of the following:
Qaay Points are platform incentive points unless stated otherwise. They are not money, legal tender, or securities, and may not have any cash value unless Qaay provides a specific redemption option.
Rewards may be withdrawable, pending, locked, under review, or subject to Tier limits, depending on Platform rules.
Your Tier may affect:
Higher Tiers may provide greater earning capacity or improved reward conditions.
If your Tier changes, your reward conditions may change as well. A Tier downgrade may reduce future earning capacity, limit redemptions, or reduce other benefits.
Qaay may display your maximum earning capacity within the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing your current Tier and applicable limits.
Referral and affiliate earnings may be subject to daily, weekly, monthly, campaign-based, Tier-based, or account-based limits.
If your referral or affiliate rewards exceed the applicable limit for your current Tier or campaign, only the permitted amount may be credited.
Any amount above the applicable limit may not accumulate, carry forward, transfer to another period, or become payable later unless Qaay expressly states otherwise.
This structure aligns the reward system with Tier rules, platform sustainability, and responsible ecosystem growth.
Qaay calculates rewards automatically based on Platform records, qualifying activities, reward rules, user Tier, campaign settings, and other relevant parameters.
Rewards may be credited instantly, periodically, after validation, after a waiting period, or after the completion of a campaign settlement period.
Some rewards may appear as pending before becoming available.
Qaay may delay, adjust, cancel, reverse, or withhold rewards as needed for fraud prevention, compliance review, technical correction, abuse prevention, duplicate detection, or account review.
Referral-based monetary rewards may be credited to a Redeem Box or to another reward balance within Qaay.
Reward withdrawal or redemption may depend on:
Qaay may require identity verification or additional review before permitting reward withdrawal or redemption.
Qaay may provide dashboards showing referral performance, invited-user counts, reward totals, income by time period, campaign performance, and activity categories.
The dashboard may show limited, non-sensitive information about invited users, such as registration date, status, or aggregated activity categories.
Referrers and affiliates do not receive access to private user information, individual transaction details, wallet balances, personal documents, identity data, or sensitive account information belonging to invited users.
Qaay may display aggregated reward information to help participants understand which services contribute to their rewards.
Reward allocations, referral income, redemption events, campaign rewards, and related transactions may be recorded in Qaay’s Transaction Registry or reward history.
System-generated records are used for transparency, auditability, reconciliation, and dispute review.
Qaay’s internal records are the authoritative source for reward calculation, eligibility, and payment status.
You must not use the Affiliate & Referral Program in any unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful manner.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Qaay may cancel rewards, suspend accounts, terminate participation, or take any further action if prohibited conduct is identified.
Affiliates and referrers must present Qaay clearly, responsibly, and accurately.
All promotional content must be fair, balanced, and not misleading.
You must clearly disclose your relationship with Qaay when required by applicable advertising, consumer protection, influencer marketing, or financial promotion rules.e with Qaay, but you must not suggest that your results are guaranteed or typical for all users.
You must not pressure users to borrow, deposit, invest, swap, lend, or hold Qaay Tokens.
You must not market Qaay to users who are not legally permitted to use the Platform.
Participation in the Affiliate & Referral Program does not make you an employee, agent, broker, representative, partner, franchisee, financial advisor, or authorized legal representative of Qaay.
You may not sign contracts, make commitments, provide guarantees, negotiate terms, approve users, handle user funds, provide support, or speak officially on behalf of Qaay unless authorized in writing.
Some professional, institutional, commercial, or business development arrangements may require a separate written agreement with Qaay.
These Affiliate & Referral Terms apply to the standard program available through the Platform.
If a separate signed agreement exists between you and Qaay, that agreement may define additional or different commercial terms, provided that it is formally approved by Qaay.
Qaay may review affiliate and referral activity for fraud prevention, security, sanctions, AML/CTF, abuse prevention, account integrity, and compliance purposes. Following a review, Qaay may delay or withhold rewards, restrict redemption, pause referral tracking, request verification, or suspend participation.
Qaay may not always be able to disclose the full reason for a review, restriction, or withheld reward if doing so could compromise its security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, sanctions controls, AML/CTF processes, or an ongoing investigation.
You are responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax, reporting, accounting, or legal obligations arising from your receipt of affiliate or referral rewards.
Qaay does not provide tax advice.
Qaay may provide records or reports where available, but you remain responsible for your own tax position and reporting duties.
Qaay may update, modify, pause, expand, limit, or terminate the Affiliate & Referral Program from time to time.
Qaay may change:
Changes may apply prospectively unless Qaay states otherwise.
Continued participation after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
If Qaay identifies an error, duplicate reward, incorrect calculation, system issue, exploit, or unintended reward allocation, Qaay may correct, reverse, cancel, or adjust the reward.
This may apply even if the reward has already appeared in the dashboard, the reward balance, the Redeem Box, or Transaction History.
Qaay may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate & Referral Program if:
Upon termination, pending or unpaid rewards may be canceled, withheld, or reviewed in accordance with Platform rules.
Qaay does not guarantee that you will earn any reward, income, points, cashback, commission, or other financial benefit from the Affiliate & Referral Program.
Rewards depend on eligible invited users, qualifying activities, Platform rules, Tier limits, compliance checks, campaign conditions, and system validation.
The program is designed to reward responsible ecosystem growth, not to provide guaranteed income.
By participating in the Affiliate & Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
